God gained another angel Thursday, March 14, 2019 when AdraLee Rich Foster lost her year and a half long battle with cancer.
She is survived by her mother Christine Abel, husband Coy Foster, Son Keltn Pritchard and Daughter Kortni Ann Pritchard who gifted her with 3 beautiful grandchildren Koen (7 years) Alice and Haizlee (22 months).
Born the first child of Christine Abel and David Rich on September 26, 1973. AdraLee was given her unique name created using the letters from the names of her maternal Grandparents, Fred and Lila Abel. A name suitable for the unique spirit that is AdraLee. She remained in her birthplace of Logan for most of her childhood. She proved to be an old soul and grew up quickly, leaving home at just 14 to marry her first husband Wayne Taylor with who she had her first child , Kortnie in 1991. In 1996, she was blessed with Keltn her son from her from her second husband Keagan Pritchard. Shortly after Kelton’s birth the family moved South to Ephraim where they could be close to the Pritchard family.
AdraLee was not only a loving, caring, nurturing mother to her children and grandchildren, but also to her 2 younger sisters, Jamie and Sunshyn. She always stepped up to help her mother raise her sisters through all the struggles their family faced always. She was the rock. Our foundation She taught us to be strong, honest and to stay motivated to do what makes us happy.
Her Abel roots brought her back to the Utah and Idaho area once her children had grown. She lived carefree with a free-spirited personality all the time. Her first grandchild Koen was born in 2012. Becoming a Grandma gave her life new meaning. It was to her delight that she was blessed with twin granddaughters Alice and Haizlee in 2017. Although her heart was strong and growing to love all her grandkids, 5 months later she was given a devastating diagnosis of breast cancer in October of 2017. She never let that diagnosis discourage her. With the help of her Aunt Dixie who was at her side the entire time, she showed us all how strong she truly was by out surviving the doctor’s expectations. To our despair, the cancer progressed to stage 4 breast cancer that metastasized into brain cancer, which eventually took her life after 17- month battle. AdraLee will always be remembered as the strong one in our family. She will always remain a role model to her children, grandchildren and sisters. She will always remain her mother’s first daughter whom with she had a very special bond that will never be broken. A special
