Charles Rex Izatt was born on August 23, 1946 to Nathalie and Max Izatt. He passed away on September 24, 2019. Chuck is the 4th child of 8 children.
He lived the last 20+ years in Cache Valley so he could be around some of his siblings.
He is the father of 2 children; DiAnna (Bob) Tegen and Chuck Izatt, Jr.
He always made family reunions fun with his singing and guitar playing.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by brothers and sisters; Beverly Evans, Pocatello, Idaho; Maxene Izatt, Roy, Utah; Ronald Izatt (Mary Alice), Clarksville, Tennessee; Lyle Izatt (Char), Smithfield, Utah; Lynn Izatt, Ninilchik, Alaska; Tim Izatt (KD), St. George, Utah; Jody Atkin (Melia), Elko, Nevada; and last but not least, his dog Spice.
He will be missed, rest in peace my brother, we will meet again.
