Charles Brandon Little

June 8, 1987 — January 31, 2024

Charles Brandon Little, Bubba, B Boy, or known by his siblings as the best behaved and favorite child, has left his mortal body and has been reunited with his mom, Lisbeth, and sister, Sarah.

He was a gentle presence of love and happiness since his birth, June 8, 1987, and continued to be so until his death on January 31, 2024. There is a lot of life between those two dates. He was born in England, and when his dad, Martin Little, was re-stationed to Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada, naturally he made the trek as well. Brandon made Cache Valley his home in 2007, and during the last year of his life he made trips to Washington with his father and stepmom, Flossie Little. His accomplishments lie in the love he had to give and the lives he touched, of which there was many. He loved people, hugs and cuddles, food, and movies. He loved easily, and while he couldn’t speak, his actions spoke for him. In his younger years, before his muscles atrophied and his trachea surgery that rendered him voiceless, Brandon would sing and make happy noises for all to hear while pulling loved ones in close for a hug and head nuzzle During the last years of his life, his love shone through smiles and a twinkle in his eye. Clapping was another way to show his contentment, whether it was a movie he liked or the conversation his family was having with him. When that ability left him as well, his family knew to measure his interest in where he chose to scoot in his wheelchair. According to Brandon, if a show is good, the viewer should be as close to the television as possible, and if it is not up to standards, scooting away into the kitchen in search of snacks is the best use of time.
Brandon was a gentle soul, but incredibly tough, not even counting the wrestling matches he won against his brother, Kameron. He endured countless illnesses, surgeries that left his body covered in scars, arthritis, and a body that slowly weakened and encased him from the Myotonic Dystrophy. Through it all, he was a happy Bubba, wanting to spend time with his family and get as much popcorn and chocolate cake as possible.
He was and is fiercely loved by his family. He had the BEST parents. Martin and Lisbeth Little loved their B Boy so much. The amount of care and effort they put into their eldest son’s well being is unquantifiable and was beautiful to witness and grow up with. Brandon had become a silent presence over the years, but now the quiet in his home is much too loud. We love you, Brandon.
