Chelsey Nelson Izatt

Chelsey Nelson Izatt, 28 of Logan passed away on Aug 31, 2017 in Box Elder County from a car accident. She was born on Sept 12, 1988 to Darryl Nelson and Rebecca Skeen Barrett. She married Daniel Izatt on Sept. 22, 2012. She was raised in Mantua, Utah. she attended Mountain View Elementary, and Box Elder High School. She is survived by her parents Darryl (Fran) Nelson, Rebecca (Glade) Barrett, her husband Daniel Izatt, and 2 children Ryder (6) and Oaklyn Izatt (3) one brother Ryan (Kati) Nelson of Beaver Utah, one sister Lindsey (Chad) of Bear River City. A Memorial Grave Side Service will be held on Wednesday Sept 6, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Mantua Cemetery.
