David Oliver Earley Born July 19, 1956 to Oliver and Ellen Earley in logan Utah. Passed away at home on December 20, 2023 after a 2-year fight with AML Leukemia.
David is survived by his loving wife Charlotte Smith Earley, Daughter Dawn (Travis) Poulsen, Son Michael David Earley. His darling, cherished and loved granddaughters Breanna Poulsen, Brooke Poulsen, Arianna Earley. His siblings Pam (Tom) McDaniel, Perry (Stacy) Earley. Sue Ann Earley, and Brian (Christine) Earley.
He was Proceeded in death by his parents, brother Kent Earley and son Jeremy Jay Hillyard.
Viewing will be held at Smithfield 11th ward building 79 east 200 south Smithfield Utah on Friday December 22 -, 2023 from 6-8 pm and Saturday December 23, 2023 from 9-10:30.
Graveside services will be help at the Smithfield cemetery at 11 am.
The family would like to thank the staff at LDS Hospital, The Hope Lodge, staff at Logan Infusion Center. A special thanks to Brittany at Aegis for her loving care.
In lieu of flowers, go out and enjoy time with your loved ones.
