DAVID WAYNE WARNER, 85, Our wonderful father, grandfather and friend passed away on 2 June 2015, after a valiant fight with cancer. Dave was born to Melvin Orrin and Drusilla Arvilla Prescott Warner on 23 March 1930 in Heyburn,ID. He was the 7thof 14 children. He grew up and went to school in Heyburn. Dave enlisted in the Navy on his 17th birthday, serving our country in the Korean War. He married Jean Bowles, 8 July 1953, In Idaho Falls, ID. They had 6 children Ann (Ron) Godfrey, Clarkston,UT, David (Terri) Westminster, MD, Paula (Corwin) Johnson, Glendale, AZ, Gary (Rhonda) Albuquerque, NM, Betty Boomgaarden, North Logan, UT, Ruby (Tony) Douglass of Smithfield, UT. He is survived by his 6 children and their spouses, 22 grandchildren, 22 ½ great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, one brother and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his beloved sweetheart of 60 years, Jean, his parents, three brothers and five sisters. We want to give a special thanks to our sister Ruby who lovingly took care of Dad these last few years, Access Home Care and Hospice for their love and support and all the doctors, nurses and staff at Logan Regional Hospital who loved our dad also. There will be a viewing on 5 June 2015 at the Smithfield LDS Church, 640 N 200 E From 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held Saturday 6 June 2015 at the Smithfield LDS Church, 640 N 200 E.
