Denise C. Jensen

Denise Casterline Jensen died April 9, 2018 in Logan, Utah with her family around her. She was born December 12, 1965 in Sandy, Utah to Earl Casterline and Lorna Shurtleff. She had been awarded her Bachelor’s Degree from Steven’s Henagar. She was working on her Master’s to become a counselor for college students through Kansas State, and currently working at Utah State University. Denise married Dana Lee Jensen July 11, 1985 in the St. George Temple. Denise loved to tat and look up new patterns. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, relaxing and laughing. Music was a constant in her home, speaking to her on a deeper level. Her life was about her grandchildren, children and husband. She is survived by four children Matthew D. Jensen (Amy), Melissa Ruth Jensen, James Patrick Jensen (Kate) and Whitney Marie Jensen. She had three grandchildren Anabel, Emma and Charlotte with another on the way. Also survived by her parents Lorna D. and Bernd Poeker and Earl and Kathy Casterline. She is preceded in death by Leland and Ruth Jensen (parent in-laws).The family are grateful for all the love and support which has been rendered in their behalf.
