Ernesto “Ernie” Garza
Hard working husband, Dad, Grandpa, and Great Grandpa, passed away February 14 at the age of 83.
Born in Del Rio Texas to Francisco and Aurora Garza, the third oldest of eleven children.
Very well known to so many, all who knew my dad knew him as Ernie and to my dad, everyone was known as, “hey kid”.
To say my Dad was hard working is an understatement.
He became one of the best form setters in the valley.
Ernie’s Foundations, for 35 years, he worked very hard and took pride in every foundation he built.
After, finally, retiring he enjoyed fishing, taking care of his cows, four wheeling with his buddies and ATV Jamborees.
May you never be in pain anymore.
Ride that four wheeler up and down the clouds of heaven.
You will be missed.
Love you so much.
Ernie is survived by his beautiful wife of 60 years, Elida, daughter, Carmen, grandchildren, Angie(Anthony), Ricky, and Xandrianna, great grandchildren, Santos, Rashae, and Andie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Aurora Garza, brothers, Frank and Joe Garza, and daughter, Aurora Garza.
