Garry Dennis Coon

Garry Dennis Coon entered our lives on March 7, 1968 as the son of Joyce Dianne Coon and James Donald Coon and immediately brought happiness and smiles to all that he touched and interacted with. His strength, determination, and unbounded loyalty were attributes that were the trademarks of his character and were what made him the amazing son, brother, uncle and friend that he was throughout his life. Garry departed this world on May 25, 2014 surrounded by family and friends throughout the final days of his amazing life. Everyone that Garry touched knew what a gentle and kind spirit that he was and that when he shared his friendship it was an enduring gift that he was sharing and it was not given lightly. To the end he shared compliments and thanks for even the smallest acts of kindness and humble deeds that were nothing to the rest of us, but everything to him. Garry is survived by his mother Dianne Coon (Randolph, Utah), Beth and Brian Munson (Millville, Utah), Jim and Sandra Coon (Hohenburg, Germany), his niece and nephews (Kaitlin, Travis, Spencer, Corey and Codey) and countless friends that were cultivated throughout his amazing and joyous life. Close friends and family will be notified of the date and location of the event that will be a celebration of his life. Garry, thank you for being the inspiration that you will continue to be and for showing all of us what true strength is and how to leave this world with dignity and honor. We will all love you forever and hold you near to our hearts. Prost!
