Jason Jared Jacobson

Jason Jared Jacobson born March 28, 1986, passed away unexpectedly, January 14, 2017.Jason showed a special affection for his sweet wife Tia and was a caring and devoted brother, uncle and son.Jason was an eagle scout and received a national honorary citation for bravery after he swam into the current of a swift river and saved a fellow scout. Jason was kind and generous. He will be missed deeply by family, loved ones and friends. He cared more about the welfare of those in his life, than he did for his own. Growing up, Jason learned to work hard and spent many hours in the family garden and caring for the animals. Jason is survived by his wife, Tia Van Wagoner (Jacobson), his biological parents, Tim Widders & Deanne Grey, his biological brothers, Josh, James and Michael. He is survived by his adoptive parents, Branch and Marli Jacobson Lissa (Merlynn) Anderson, Vanda (Carl) Daines, Joseph (Karin) Jacobson, and Adriel (Cynthia) Jacobson, 18 nieces and nephews and 1 great niece. He is preceded in death by his biological brother Mathew Widders.Jason’s funeral will take place at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View 18 ward LDS Chapel located at 1650 N. 400 W. Harrisville, Ut A viewing will precede the funeral from 9:00 to 10:45 AM His interment will be at the Ben Lomond Cemetery.
