Jason Ned Simper, 11, beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend passed away November 20, 2016 at Primary Children's Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Logan, Utah on April 24, 2005, Jason was the youngest of three children born to Ned Kenneth and Jodie Ann Morrill Simper. Jason was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jason grew up in Lewiston, Utah with his brother Jared, 15, and sister, Natalie, 14, on the Simper Family Farm. Jason was involved in 4-H raising goats and lambs. This past year at the Cache County Fair his goat "lrongoat", affectionately named after one of his favorite super-heros "lronman," won Grand Champion. He was awarded a shiny, new belt buckle which he wore with pride. As many of you know Jason faced this world with more challenges than many of us. He was a child of Autism yet he faced this challenge with super hero powers - always determined to accomplish whatever he set his mind to. As a Cub Scout he earned his Arrow of Light and his Faith in God Award. He was an avid Utah State Aggie fan. Jason loved super-heros and in the end of his life he became one himself by donating his organs so that other children might live. Jason has returned to his loving Heavenly Father and our ultimate super-hero our Savior, Jesus Christ. Jason is survived by his parents and siblings.
