Jeffrey Duane Rounds

1963-September 11, 2022 (age 59)

Jeff was born in Lynwood California, son of Linda and Jack Rounds. He was raised in Hyde Park, Utah for
most of his life. Jeff was a father to daughter Hannah, 11, and son Bronson.

Jeff Duane Rounds, 59, passed away September 11 2022 at Cache Valley Specialty Hospital in
North Logan. He sustained traumatic injuries from an accident. Although he received excellent
care at the Cache Valley Specialty Hospital he was unable to recover from his injuries. The
family would like to thank all the nurses and care providers who helped Jeff in the last few days
of his life.

Jeff was a father, mechanic, fisherman, hunter, and a wonderful friend. He had a kind and loving
heart.

His accomplishments were working in the family business at Alta Muffler and Brakes where his specialty was mufflers.
Following in his dad's footsteps he continued to donate exhaust systems for the Cache Valley
cruise-in every year. Jeff had a love for nature and the great outdoors. His passion was fly
fishing in his drift boat.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Rounds and his son, Bronson Rounds.
He is survived by his daughter Hannah, his two sisters, Lori and Merlyn, and his mother, Linda.

Although Jeff’s life ended before we were ready, the time that he spent in our lives was
memorable and full of joy. We want to honor his love of life by sharing our memories of him with
one another as often as we can.
