Jennifer Lynette Erickson

Jennifer Jennifer Lynette Erickson (McDonald) of Paradise,Utah. Returned to her Heavenly Father after passing in her sleep on February 7, 2019 at the age of 37. Jennifer was born on November 26, 1981 to her loving parents Lynn & Peggy McDonald. She was the oldest of 2 brothers Ryan & Andrew and 10 years later to her little sister Sarah. Growing up in Paradise, from a small age she loved all kinds of animals. Jen enjoyed horse back riding, four wheeling and spending time with close friends. She excelled in playing soccer through out her teenage years. Jennifer graduated from Mountain Crest High school in 2000. Jennifer was married in 2002 to Mathew Erickson, they later divorced. Jennifer enjoyed the outdoors, snowmobiling, cruises and long sunny days at Hyrum Dam with her ski boat. Mathew & Jennifer welcomed Abby in 2006 and Aniston in 2013, being their mother was Jen’s heaven on earth. She loved those baby girls with all her heart. Flowers & yard work were Jennifer’s hobby and passion. She completed the master gardeners course at USU. Nieces Berkley & Khali & nephew Knox held a very big piece of Jen’s heart. She loved playing & cuddling with them any chance she got. Jennifer is proceeded in death by grandmother Betty Blanton. She is survived by Her daughters Abby & Aniston Erickson, parents Lynn & Peggy McDonald, grandparents Roy & Maxine McDonald, Ernest Blanton, ex husband Mathew Erickson (Emily), siblings Ryan McDonald (Jessica), Andrew McDonald (Kenzie), and Sarah Coulson (Caleb). The family would like to thank all of the first responders & paramedics. As well as friends & family from the Paradise 3rd ward. A viewing for family & friends will be held Wednesday, Feb 13th from 6:30pm-8pm A viewing will be held the morning of Thursday Feb. 14th from 9:30am-11am. The funeral will begin at 12pm. All will be held at the LDS Paradise Church (155 E 9400 S Paradise)

Interment will be held at the Paradise Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a GoFund Me page has been set up in Jennifer’s name. Donations will go toward final expenses & to her two daughters.
