Kevin Scott Done May 1, 1964 - February 29, 2016Kevin Scott Done entered the Summerlands on February 29, 2016. He was one of the kindest, funniest, and sweetest people on the face of the planet when he wasn’t being as stubborn as an old goat. The youngest son of LaVina Speth and Robert Gregory Done, born on May Day in 1964, a joyful addition to the spring, Kevin was always known as someone who would step up to lend a hand whenever anyone needed assistance. He would jump in with little to no thought for himself or whether it would result in one of those stories about how he managed to break himself - again. Kevin was always ready with a smile, a joke, or a ready comeback to any comment. He was there and ready to lift family, friends or strangers out of their blues. Sometimes his antics resulted in humor only those close to him could truly appreciate, but his friends were many, so the laughs were often. We wish him well in his journey in the Summerlands where we all hope the fishing is grand. It’s easy to picture him there - fishing with no stress and plenty of peace, company, and sunshine! He is survived by his mother, LaVina, his wife, Kae, his daughters, Tosha (Mark) Skinner and Gwynneth Ann Miller, sisters Marie (Jay) Bair and Gloria (Gary) Read, and brother, Mike (Kerry), the light of his life, granddaughter Lyllie, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A simple graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 1:00 in the Smithfield City Cemetery to celebrate Kevin’s life. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Cache County Food Pantry or a charity of your choice in his name.Kevin, the love you shared will never be forgotten. May you feel it returned as you journey on!
