Pedro Heriberto Escobedo was born May 12,1972 and went to the loving arms of the Lord on February 1, 2025 at the age of 53.
He went to school in Beythe, California. In his later years he was introduced to construction work. That became his passion. The travelling from California to other states including Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho allowed him to see beauty everywhere. Every jobsite was a proud accomplishment.
Pedro met his wife, Lori Wessell, in Wyoming. It was a blessing for them both. They fell in love quickly and spent 20 years together. Lori began travelling with him and they loved every minute of each others company.
Pedro was an excellent and caring dad and grandpa to Lori's children: Levi Wessel, Alicia Yang, and Amber Wessel along with 11 grandchildren. Pedro loved them all as if they were his own. He spoiled all of them with his love. He loved to bring a smile to their faces and let them know they were loved.
Pedro had a wonderful sense of humor and loved fishing with his good friend Addie. They always came back with a lot of fish. Pedro also loved swimming in the Colorado River when he'd go back home.
His family would have BBQ's and fish fry's - nothing small, always big. The more family that came the better and they would sit around the fire at cousin Julie's. (Which by the way , was the que for the family) Pedro always wanted to be around his family. Sadly, his health later on didn't permit it.
Pedro has two brothers in California, Martin and Florencio. Angel was always lovingly expressed by Lori.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hortenceno and Pedro Escobedo, his brother Jose, and his grandparents. He is survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was also reunited with his friends Chief and Cinnamon.
Services will be held, Friday February 7th at the North Park fourth ward
God Bless everyone who knew him.
