Robert Preston Swartz

Robert Preston Swartz 79 passed way peacefully on December 16, 2024 with his family at his side. He was born on March 2, 1945, in Smithfield Utah to Preston and Mary Jean Swartz.

 He was a beloved brother, father, husband, uncle. He was the oldest of three kids. Robert graduated from North Cache High School and attended Utah State University. Robert was a loving father of 7 children Jim, Myrlene, Teresa, Nancy,Bobbi, Brian and Kathleen and a loving grandpa to 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, Robert was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. 

Robert is survived by his five daughters Myrlene, Teresa, Nancy ,Bobbi, Kathleen. Robert was proceeded in death by his parents, Preston and Mary Jean Swartz, his brother, Steven Swartz, his sister, Marilyn Thornley, a brother-in-law Jerome Thornley, and his son Brian Robert Swartz.

Interment will be in the Smithfield Cemetery there will be no viewing and funeral. His daughter Bobbi would like to thank the Rocky Mountain hospices team for the excellent care of her father and for their support.
