Wen Arval Wood

Born December 30, 1929 passed away on October 29, 2017. He was proceeded in death by Ilene Wood, his beloved wife. They were married August 26 1960 in the Idaho Falls Temple. They were separated only a short time and now dad is home with her again where I am certain he is being told to turn up his hearing aids. They loved to pester and tease each other.Funeral Services provided under the direction of Cache Valley Mortuary. Services will be held at the Beaver Ward Building located at 16025 North Beaver Dam Road Saturday November 4th 2017, 11:00 am with a viewing prior to services from 9:30 – 10:30 am. A viewing will also be held Friday November 3, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the same location. The Beaver LDS Church is located off exit 185, Riverside / Logan exit. Interment will follow at the Logan Cemetery.Woody and Ilene had 4 children Ray (Karla) Wood, Pocatello Idaho; Karma (Harold) Hansen, Beaver Dam Utah; Cindy Larson, Jamestown Tennessee; Wenette (Phillip) Burtcher, Clearfield Utah. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren who love him dearly and will missed him greatly. He passed away at the Maple Springs Care Center where he had been for a few days to give family a much needed break and personalized care. We wish to thank the staff for the care given dad.
